More than 100 photos depicting Vietnam’s natural landscapes and heritages are on display at an exhibition which opened in Hanoi on November 13.
The photos, selected from nearly 3,000 entries to the 2012 Vietnam Heritage Photo Awards, also help visitors understand more about the country’s unique festivals as well as traditional customs and daily activities of Vietnamese people.
Co-organised by the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association and the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the exhibition will last until November 19.
Earlier on October 23, the photos were showcased in Phan Thiet city, central Binh Thuan province to raise public awareness of protecting the nation’s heritages.
They are also set to be introduced to audiences in Nha Trang, Hoi An, Ha Long, Can Tho and Ho Chi Minh City./.VNA
