Reference exchange rate kept unchanged at week’s beginning
The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 23,201 VND per USD on November 2, unchanged from the last working day of the previous week October 30.

2, unchanged from the last working day of the previous week October 30.
With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,896 VND/USD and the floor rate, 22,506 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at most commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,060 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,270 VND/USD, both unchanged from October 30.
BIDV also kept both rates unchanged from October 30, listing the rates at 23,090 VND/USD (buying) and 23,270 VND/USD (selling).
Similarly, Techcombank also maintained the rates from the last working day of the previous week, listing the buying rate at 23,069 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,269 VND/USD./.
