At 8:15am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,182 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,502 VND/USD, both up 22 from November 12.
BIDV kept the buying rate at 25,160 VND/USD and raised the selling rate by 22 VND, listing at 25,502 VND/USD./.
