SEA Games 31 – The impressive return of Vietnam as host
After hosting the SEA Games for the first time in 2003, Vietnam once again won the hearts of domestic fans and international friends this year through the eye-catching and impressive opening ceremony of the 31st SEA Games, portending success for the largest sports event in Southeast Asia and at the same time enhancing the country’s profile and position.
A new stamp collection has been released to welcome the upcoming 31st Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games 31), which will be held in Vietnam from May 12 to 23.
SEA Games 31, the region’s biggest sporting event, officially began with a grand opening ceremony held at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi on May 12 evening.
SEA Games 31 burst into life with fireworks and a captivating cultural show in the capital city of Hanoi, the Games officially run from 12-23 May with over 5,000 athletes from 11 nations competing.
