Singapore and Cambodia will sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on promoting their financial cooperation in the time to come, according to a press release issued by Singapore’s Ministry of Finance on April 2.
The MoU is expected to be inked between Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam and his Cambodian counterpart Keat Chhon during their April 3-4 visits to Brunei to attend the 17 th Meeting of ASEAN Finance Ministers.
The annual meeting will discuss financial and monetary initiatives in ASEAN and cooperation in building the ASEAN Economic Community, said the release.
