During the 10-month period, bilateral trade exceeded the full-year 2024 record of 31.67 billion SGD to increase 26.7% from a year earlier to 33 billion SGD.

Bilateral trade reached 19.5 billion SGD (15.3 billlion USD) in the first six months, up 28.5% year-on-year, positioning Vietnam as the city state’s 10th largest trading partner.

Vietnam ranked as the 8th largest export market of Singapore with an export turnover of more than 11.7 billion SGD (9.06 billion USD) in the first five months of this year, four places higher than that of the same period last year.
