A four-day summer camp for Vietnamese youth and students in Europe wrapped up on August 19 in Prague, the Czech Republic.

Prague (VNA) – A four-day summercamp for Vietnamese youth and students in Europe wrapped up on August 19 inPrague, the Czech Republic. 

The third “Vietheart Summer Camp” 2017 gatheredover 300 representatives from Vietnamese students and youth associations from12 European countries and Vietnam to meet and share life experiences as well asstrengthen solidarity.

It also helped enhance participants’ sense ofresponsibility for their nation.

The camp featured numerous activities such aschallenging games and workshops on start-ups, Vietnam seas and islands andVietnamese culture, among others. A lantern festival and an intellectualcompetition also took place at the event.

The fourth summer camp will be held in Budapest,Hungary in 2018. The two previous events in 2015 and 2016 took place inFrance and Germany, respectively.-VNA

Since 2023, the awards expanded into sports, integrating a hybrid voting system that combines votes from journalists, experts, and the public.
