During its operation and developmental journey, the agency had to relocate dozens of times to ensure the confidentiality of its information and avoid detection by enemy forces. Notably, between 1961 and 1962, the LPA had its main headquarters in Base D (Ma Da commune, Dong Nai province). From there, it issued many important official news bulletins and completed its mission excellently in the information front.
