The victory of the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising of the Vietnamese people was a great source of encouragement and inspiration for many countries, showing the ability to overcome injustice, oppression, and colonial order to defeat the world’s strongest military power, said the Honorary Consul of Vietnam in Bolivia.
Bolivia considers Vietnam a key partner in its strategy to deepen ties with South and East Asia, Bolivian Foreign Minister Celinda Sosa Lunda said during her meeting with Vietnamese Ambassador to Brazil and Bolivia Bui Van Nghi in La Paz on January 26.
