Every summer, Thanh Hoa's beaches welcome millions of domestic and international visitors. As the northern central province continues to develop its coastal tourism brand, efforts are being made not only to attract holidaymakers, but also to ensure they enjoy a safe, friendly and reliable destination.
Tourism operators said summer demand has arrived earlier than usual this year, as bookings for late May and early June surged, mainly from families and short-break travellers.
Ho Chi Minh City is seeking to unlock the tourism potential of its special zones and coastal areas, particularly Con Dao and Can Gio, as part of efforts to strengthen its role as a regional tourism hub and international gateway.
Priority will be given to projects that aim to improve the local marine economy by developing renewable energy, coastal tourism and marine services.
