Vietnam and the Netherlands has officially launched the first direct air service between Ha Noi and Amsterdam, marking a milestone for Vietnamese aviation and opening a new chapter in cooperation between the two countries.
Vietnam Airlines will initially operate four weekly round-trip flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Bali, Indonesia on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Starting in July 2025, the carrier plans to increase frequency to daily flights to meet rising demand.
The direct flight route from Da Nang to Phu Quoc, with a frequency of four round trips per week, will be relaunched on November 7. This will make it easier for international travelers to explore Vietnam’s stunning coastal destinations.
Thailand’s tourism industry expects the new direct flight route between Kuala Lumpur and Chiang Mai will help the country to attract more than 5 million Malaysian visitors this year.
