Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended a ceremony held in Yen Khuong commune, the central province of Thanh Hoa, on November 9, marking the start of work on 72 inter-level primary and junior secondary boarding schools in land border communes.
The simultaneous beginning of construction on 72 boarding schools, with the participation of leaders of the Government, ministries, sectors, and localities, is meant to reflect the strong determination and close coordination across the entire political system in caring for students in border areas.
The Lao Ministry of Education and Sports reported that the programme aims to equip teachers with practical skills and strategies for using AI. This will enable schools to innovate teaching methods and strengthen their capacity to support students amid the continuously evolving educational landscape.
