After 19 days of events showcasing the rich cultural identity and significant accomplishments of Vietnam, the exhibition on national achievements attracted over 10 million people from all corners of the country, overseas Vietnamese, and international visitors.
The exhibition attendance peaked on September 1, at approximately 1.05 million visitors, followed by 900,000 on September 2 and 1 million on September 7.
The National Achievements Exhibition opened on August 28 in Hanoi to mark the 80th National Day. The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) booth attracted large crowds with a display highlighting its 80-year journey as the national news source alongside proud milestones in the country’s history.
The national exhibition marking the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day, themed “80-Year Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness,” opened on August 28 morning at the Vietnam Exposition Centre in Hanoi.
The exhibition will be a political and cultural event of special significance as it offers an opportunity for the entire Party, people, and armed forces to reflect on the 80-year journey of fighting for independence, defending, and building the country under the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
