According to a recent report by BIDV Securities (BSC), these projects span residential and urban developments, airports, expressways, high-speed rail, industrial facilities and other strategic infrastructure.

The Ministry of Construction (MoC) plans to open to traffic 208km of expressways of six key projects by August 19, bringing the country’s total expressway network to 2,476km.
"If progress continues, we will not only meet but also exceed the targets of the 13th National Party Congress - completing 3,000 kilometres of expressways and 1,000 kilometres of coastal roads - which will be a great achievement to welcome the 14th National Party Congress," PM Chinh stated.
The PM emphasised that infrastructure development plays a vital role in boosting growth, reducing costs for businesses and people, and improving competitiveness. Since the beginning of the year, the Government has taken strong action to speed up infrastructure projects, with a focus on building over 1,000km of new expressways to reach a total of 3,000km by the year-end.
While Hanoi remains the economic driver in finance, logistics and innovation, neighbouring localities are evolving into manufacturing and logistics belts, supplying land, labour and support services, particularly for high-tech industries.
The basic progress and quality targets remain unchanged, the PM stated, ordering efforts be made to prevent wastefulness and negative phenomena during the implementation of national and key transport projects.
The PM has stressed the need for the Mekong Delta region to develop rapidly and sustainably, contributing meaningfully to national growth.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh called for “faster, bolder and greater” action in Mekong Delta transport infrastructure development, stating that each year must be better than the last, and each term must surpass the one before.
Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh insisted that flagship projects, including the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong railway and the North – South high-speed railway, must meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Seven inspection groups will be established to review and remove difficulties and obstacles related to key transport projects nationwide scheduled for completion in 2025. They are requested to report inspection results before March 15.
