As Vietnam advances judicial reform and deepens international integration, establishing specialised judicial mechanisms for intellectual property (IP) disputes and violations has become increasingly necessary. However, rapid technological development and the proliferation of new forms of IP infringement are creating significant challenges for adjudication.
