Hue students receive over 200 Vallet scholarships

Launched in 2001, the Vallet scholarship programme has grown to cover students nationwide. Jointly operated in France, Vietnam, and Benin, it has awarded more than 80,000 scholarships so far, including over 50,000 in Vietnam.
