Overall, total trade turnover in the first six months of 2026 stood at 549.69 billion USD, up 27.1% compared with the same period last year, of which exports rose 21% and imports increased 33.4%.
The CPI in April advanced 3.31% compared to December 2025 and 5.46% from a year earlier. For the first four months of 2026, the index climbed 3.99% against the same period last year, with core inflation growing 3.89%.
The growth rate ranked second only to the record high in 2022 over the 2011–2025 period, reflecting the economy’s robust recovery and resilience amid global uncertainty.
