Petrol prices cut from 15:00 on May 28
From 15:00 on May 28, E5RON92 petrol is capped at 23,258 VND (0.88 USD) per litre, down 1,082 VND, while RON95-III is sold for no more than 24,154 VND per litre, down 1,395 VND.

Retail fuel prices were simultaneously reduced from 15:00 on May 14 following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) and and the Ministry of Finance, with E5RON92 biofuel recording the sharpest decline.
Accordingly, the price of E5RON92 biofuel is capped at 21,834 VND (0.83 USD) per litre, down 100 VND, and remaining 1,046 VND lower than RON95-III. The price of RON95-III is set at no more than 22,880 VND per litre, down 162 VND.
Since the beginning of this year, domestic fuel prices have undergone 14 adjustments, including five decreases and nine increases for RON95 and six declines and eight hikes for E5 RON92. Meanwhile, diesel price has fallen three times and risen 11 times.
Accordingly, E5RON92 petrol is capped at 18,376 VND ( 0.7 USD) per litre, up 143 VND while RON95-III is capped at 18,712 VND per litre, up 152 VND.
Retail fuel prices rose slightly from 3:00 pm on July 10, following the latest adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Finance.
E5 RON92 petrol has been capped at 18,498 VND (0.71 USD) per litre, down 384 VND, while RON95-III petrol now costs 18,856 VND per litre, a decrease of 351 VND.
Petrol and diesel prices have been raised, while fuel oil has seen a slight decrease.
