The UN Convention against Cybercrime, also known as Hanoi Convention, establishes a global legal framework against cybercrime, laying the foundation for a cyberspace of peace and development, according to Major General Le Xuan Minh, Director of Department of Cybersecurity and High-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) under the Ministry of Public Security.
