The Ministry of Home Affairs on May 11 announced the results of the 2025 Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS 2025), measuring public satisfaction with services provided by state administrative agencies.
On January 20, the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam opened at the National Convention Centre in Hanoi. A total of 1,586 delegates, representing over 5.6 million Party members nationwide, attended the opening ceremony in a spirit of excitement and confidence, with a deep sense of honour, pride and great responsibility.
The 13th Party Congress was a special milestone in the nation’s history, marked by exceptionally severe challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, supply-chain disruptions, sharply rising global inflation, and geopolitical conflicts that weakened many economies worldwide. Against this backdrop, the mettle and brainpower of the Vietnamese people shone even more brightly. This assessment was affirmed by Politburo member Nguyen Hoa Binh, Standing Vice Secretary of the Government Party Committee and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister, in a recent interview with the Vietnam News Agency ahead of the 14th National Party Congress.
Party General Secretary To Lam, who is head of the central steering committee for perfecting institutions and laws, chaired its thematic meeting on August 5, during which he stressed that all legal bottlenecks that have been identified must be addressed early and thoroughly to prevent them from hindering development.
