During his trip to attend the ASEAN–Russia Commemorative Summit marking the 35th anniversary of relations, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, on June 18 (local time).
