Party General Secretary To Lam’s state visit to the Republic of Korea (RoK) from August 10 – 13 at the invitation of President Lee Jae Myung has been a success.
Party General Secretary To Lam held phone talks with US President Donald Trump on July 2 evening (Hanoi time), to discuss the two countries' relations and reciprocal tariff negotiations.
The visit also showed that Vietnam wants to further strengthen political trust between the two countries, identify orientations to bring the traditional friendship and Comprehensive Strategic Partnership with Russia to new heights, strengthen the cooperative relationship between the Communist Party of Vietnam and major political parties in Russia.
