Vietravel Airlines adds Airbus A321 to fleet

Vietravel Airlines currently operates routes linking major economic and tourism hubs across Vietnam while gradually expanding its international footprint. In addition to scheduled services from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, it launched charter flights between Hanoi and Lanzhou in China’s Gansu province on June 20.

Vietravel Airlines expands route network during peak summer season

Flight VU1213, operating the Hanoi–Buon Ma Thuot service with 220 passengers on board, landed at Buon Ma Thuot Airport at 2:20 pm on June 15. The flight marked Vietravel Airlines’ inaugural service on the new route linking the capital with the Central Highlands’ largest city.

Vietravel Airlines moves to add nine aircraft

This aircraft marks the first in a plan to add nine more planes over the next six months. Continued induction of Airbus A321 aircraft throughout 2026 will allow the airline to optimise scheduling, improve efficiency and better meet growing market demand.

Vietravel Airlines to add new route serving Lunar New Year travel peak

During the peak period of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival in 2026, Vietravel Airlines plans to operate six – eight flights daily on the Ho Chi Minh City – Hanoi route, three flights daily on the Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City – Vinh routes; and two flights daily on the Ho Chi Minh City – Quy Nhon route.
