The 17th Shangri-La Dialogue closed in Singapore on June 3 after three days of sitting, featuring five plenary meetings and four simultaneous sessions.

Singapore is tightening security on the threshold of the 17th Shangri-La Dialogue, which will kick off on June 1, to ensure safety for delegates from over 50 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

A Vietnamese military delegation led by Defence Minister Ngo Xuan Lich will attend the 17th Asia Security Summit or Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore from May 31 to June 3.
