The following is the full text of the speech delivered by Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong at the ceremony held in Hanoi on February 3 to celebrate the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3,1930 - February 3, 2020).
The resolution of the 7th plenum of the 10th Party Central Committee on strengthening the Party’s leadership on youth work in the period of intensifying industrialisation and modernisation has affirmed that young people are the pillar, the future owner of the country, and the pioneering force in the construction and defence of the Fatherland.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc visited a book exhibition at the National Library of Vietnam which commemorates the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) on February 3.
Hanoi is home to nearly 300 historical relic sites relating to Vietnam’s resistance wars against French and American invaders. They contribute to educating youngsters on national pride and patriotism.
Free film screenings will be held across the country from January 25 to February 5 to celebrate the 90th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).
