Leaders of Mong Cai city in the northern border province of Quang Ninh and the Ministry of Health on October 22 received 800,000 doses of Vero Cell vaccine, an ECMO machine and many medical equipment and supplies donated by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China.
