Twenty certificates of merit of the Prime Minister have been awarded to collectives and individuals who significantly contributed to the fight against the acute respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), heard a meeting of the Central Council for Emulation and Rewards in Hanoi on February 20.

Patriotic emulation drives have developed strongly in all fields in society under the theme “Solidarity, creativity in emulation for national construction and defence”, contributing greatly to national growth in 2018, a review conference heard on January 9.
