Top leaders of Vietnam have sent messages of congratulations to their Chinese counterparts on China’s 68th National Day (October 1).

The Chinese Party and State treasure friendship ties with Vietnam, said Yu Zhengsheng, Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
