Vietnam’s top cueist Tran Quyet Chien was the runner-up of the recently concluded 3-cushion Carom Billiards World Cup in Turkey, after winning over leading players of the world.

Vietnam’s cueist Tran Quyet Chien has recently become Asian’s top ranked billiard player, recognised by Union Mondiale de Billiard (UMB).

Cueist Tran Quyet Chien (world No 18) has become the new champion of the 2018 Three-Cushion Carom Billiards World Cup, which took place in Ho Chi Minh City from May 25.

Vietnamese cueist Tran Quyet Chien's 152 points earned him a career-best ranking at 12th place in the latest World Union of Billiards (UMB)'s three-cushion rankings.
