The Italy-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce (CCIV) will open a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in June to support Vietnamese and Italian firms to seek partnership, according to its President Fulvio Albano.

The EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA) is hoped to usher ina new period in promoting cooperationand mutual economic development between the two sides as it comes into effect in mid-2019, according to Italian experts.
