The northern coastal province of Quang Ninh is accelerating ground clearance work and investment procedures so as to start construction work on the Mong Cai-Van Don highway within this month.

A ceremony was held on February 19 in the northern mountainous province of Lao Cai as part of a project to plant perennial trees along the Hanoi-Lao Cai highway.
