The northern province of Quang Ninh plans to start work on two bridges spanning Cua Luc Bay later this month to help foster the development of Ha Long city.

A paragliding contest was opened in Hoanh Bo mountainous district of northern Quang Ninh province on July 14 as part of the National Tourism Year 2018.
