Motorbike taxi services have been allowed to resume operations in Hanoi after a six-month hiatus to slow the spread of COVID-19, according to the municipal Department of Transport.

Mai Linh Group has announced that its motorbike taxi service aiming to compete with Grab and Uber, called M.Bike, is set to launch on November 20.

With companies such as Grab or Uber, it’s never been easier to summon a motorbike taxi (xe om).
