Malaysia's digital economy is on course to achieve a contribution to GDP of at least 25.5 percent by 2025, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department for Economic Affairs Mustapa Mohamed.

The Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on July 19 announced its Digital Investments Future5 (DIF5) Strategy, a plan focusing on five key thrusts aimed at attracting investments and advancing Malaysia’s digital economy in line with the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MyDIGITAL).
The #SayaDigital programme launched on April 12 is expected to play an important role in helping Malaysian people and small businesses still affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, said Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
