The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) organised a ceremony on March 28 to introduce the working group of the National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP).
“It is time for us to take drastic and effective action to change models of production and the consumption of traditional plastic products in a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly manner,” Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has said.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) has built a National Plastic Action Partnership (NPAP) for Vietnam and is looking for feedback from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam, said Justin Wood, head of the WEF's Regional Agenda – Asia Pacific.
