Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, and head of its Commission for Mass Mobilisation, received a New Azerbaijan Party delegation led by Sevinj Fataliyeva, head of its International Relations Department, in Hanoi on December 11.
Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee Tran Quoc Vuong has affirmed that Vietnam always treasures traditional ties with Azerbaijan.
Vietnam and Azerbaijan will employ measures to boost cooperation via party, government and parliamentary channels, covering economy-trade, investment, energy, transport, culture and education-training.
The New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) treasures its ties with the Communist Party of VN and considers the relationship as pivotal to the solidification of the countries’ links, a YAP senior official said.
