Improved transport and tourism infrastructure has boosted the socio-economic development of Hai Phong city over the past five years.

The northern port city of Hai Phong will spray disinfectant over entire city two to three times a week during a period of 15 days, starting March 27, in an effort to cope with new developments in the COVID-19 epidemic in the country.

With robust economic growth and a sound business climate, the northern port city of Hai Phong has remained popular among both domestic and foreign investors, said Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Van Tung.

A project on upgrading a section connecting Lang Am and Nhan Muc bridges in Vinh Bao district, northern Hai Phong city, was inaugurated on October 13.
