The Viettel Cambodia company (Metfone), a subsidiary of Vietnam’s military-run industry and telecoms group Viettel, handed over a video conferencing system to the Royal Gendarmerie of Cambodia (RGC) in Phnom Penh on June 30.

Cambodian Defence Minister Tea Bank and Commander of the RGC Sao Sokha have valued the valuable assistance of Vietnam’s Defence Ministry for the RGC and other armed forces of Cambodia in general.
The Ministry of National Defene and the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army in particular are willing to assist the Royal Gendarmerie of Cambodia in personnel training.
