Vietnam wants to further the traditional friendship and cooperation with Sri Lanka, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam told Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena on their sideline meeting.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc met with Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena on May 26 on the sidelines of the expanded Group of Seven (G7) Summit in Mie prefecture, Japan.
