Professor Vladimir Kolotov, head of the Ho Chi Minh Institute at St. Petersburg University in Russia, was interviewed by the Vietnam News Agency on the promotion of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology in the modern age as his 131st birthday on May 19 approaches.
Authorities of Russia’s Saint-Petersburg city, which set up the relationship with Vietnam’s Ho Chi Minh City, have joined hands with Vietnamese associations to organise a range of activities to celebrate the Vietnam-Russia and Russia-Vietnam Year in 2019 and 2020.
Cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Vietnam and Russia should be paid attention as they will jostle two-way trade to reach 10 billion USD by 2020 set by leaders from the two countries, said Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Ngo Duc Manh.
