The Ho Chi Minh City Student Assistance Centre (SAC) will present 3,000 bus tickets to disadvantaged students to help them return home for Tet (Lunar New Year).
The Student Assistance Centre of Ho Chi Minh City is set to carry out activities to support disadvantaged students during the Lunar New Year holiday (Tet).
Nearly 900,000 students nationwide registered for the national high school exam, the most important exam after 12 years of study, which takes place from July 1-4.
Students throughout the country who must take high school graduation
exams at various venues are finding free accommodations through the
Facebook page of HCM City's Exam Season Assistance's Student Assistance
Centre.
Many enterprises, restaurants and supermarkets in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh
City need more seasonal workers as the Lunar New Year holidays are
approaching.
The HCM City Student Assistance Centre and universities have been
gifting bus tickets and presents to poor students for Tet (Lunar New
Year) that will start in less than 10 days to come.
