Ho Chi Minh City is preparing to launch a series of festivities to celebrate the Calendar and Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays.

The rapid development of infrastructure in the East of Ho Chi Minh City, which consists of Districts 2, 9 and Thu Duc, greatly facilitates the expansion of residential areas and buildings.

Fireworks will light up the sky of Ho Chi Minh City later this month to celebrate 43 years of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975) and the 132nd May Day (May 1, 1886).
