A ceremony took place in Hanoi on January 21 to mark the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Ukraine (January 23, 1992 – 2022).

The Vietnam-UK Friendship Association (VUFA) under the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) held its fourth national congress for the 2019-2024 term in Hanoi on July 6.

A ceremony to mark the 45th anniversary of Vietnam-UK diplomatic relations and the 92nd birthday of Queen Elizabeth II was held on June 4 by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO) in collaboration with the Vietnam-UK Friendship Association (VUFA)’s chapter in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Vietnam-UK Friendship Association (VUFA) in Hanoi has greatly contributed to fostering friendship and cooperation between Hanoi and London as well as between Vietnam and the UK, said Can Viet Anh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations of Hanoi.

Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam – UK Friendship Network (VUFN) Warwick Morris has vowed to continue calling on international organisations to support Vietnamese Agent Orange (AO) victims.

A celebration marking the National Days of Vietnam (September 2) and Uzbekistan (September 1) was held in Hanoi on August 22.
