Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Ali Ardeshir Larijani on April 18 concluded his official visit to Vietnam at the invitation of National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
There are plenty of room for Vietnamese and Iranian enterprises to cooperate in the fields of oil and gas, petrochemicals, port, information and technology, telecommunication and tourism, said Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Ali Ardeshir Larijani.
Iran wishes to promote comprehensive partnership with Vietnam, Speaker of the Parliament of Iran Ali Ardeshir Larijani told Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan during their meeting in Hanoi on April 16.
Vietnamese and Iranian leaders have committed all possible support to their businesses to navigate the respective markets towards a trade value of 2 billion USD, President Tran Dai Quang said.
