The 8th Vietnam-Laos Security Cooperation Conference took place in Vientiane from June 29-30 under the co-chair of Deputy Minister of Public Security Sen. Lieut. Gen. Bui Van Nam and his Lao counterpart Lieut. Gen. Kongthong Phongvichith.
