Saigon Telecom Technology Joint Stock Company (SAIGONTEL) of Vietnam and Aurous Capital Pte. Ltd of Singapore have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on investment cooperation in a 2.5-billion USD project to develop an industrial and urban complex in the northern province of Bac Giang.
Vietnamese and Singaporean businesses signed cooperation deals worth nearly 11 billion USD at the Vietnam-Singapore business dialogue on February 25, which was attended by President Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
The National Assembly (NA) of Vietnam will issue more incentive policies and work alongside the Vietnamese Government to facilitate the operation of foreign investors, including those from Singapore, in the country, said NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.
