An exhibition of Vietnamese brands in Myanmar was held in Yangon city from October 29 – 30.

The Vietnam Culture Week took place in Yangon city, Myanmar, on September 27 – 30 to popularise images of Vietnam and its people.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Myanmar, in collaboration with the Vietnamese Business Community in Myanmar (VBCM) and the Vietnamese people community in the host nation, have supplied relief aid to flood-affected residents in Mon State.

The Vietnamese Business Club in Myanmar (VBCM) made its debut in Yangon on May 28.

The relations between Vietnam and Myanmar have seen remarkable strides since they signed a joint statement upgrading ties to a comprehensive cooperative partnership in 2017, according to Vietnamese Ambassador to Myanmar Luan Thuy Duong.

A programme entitled “Vietnam Days in Myanmar” kicked off on May 7, featuring a wide range of cultural activities and art performances, photo and handicraft exhibitions, fashion shows, and workshops connecting enterprises from the two countries.

The official visit to Vietnam from April 19-20 by Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi will enhance bilateral friendship and boost cooperation.
