The building of standards for Vietnamese higher education institutions should be based on data collected from universities and international experience, according to Deputy Minister of Education and Training Hoang Minh Son.
For the first time ever, two Vietnamese higher education institutions have been named in the 2020 Best Global Universities Rankings released recently by the US News & World Report.
Some Vietnamese universities may be named in Times Higher Education (THE)’s World University Rankings in the next few years, a representative from THE said at a workshop in Hanoi on June 13.
