Vietnam, together with other ASEAN member countries, contributed to finalising measures towards the formation of an ASEAN Community by year’s end during the freshly-ended AEM 47 in Kuala Lumpur.
Senior economic officials from the 10 ASEAN member states met in Kuala Lumpur on August 20-21 to prepare for the upcoming 47th ASEAN Economic Ministers’ Meeting and related events.
The 47th ASEAN Economic Ministers’ Meeting (AEM 47) will be held in Kuala Lumpur from August 22-25 to put the finishing touches on the formal establishment of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
