Despite an increasing number of COVID-19 cases recorded in Hanoi in recent days, the number of hospitalised patients has increased inconsiderably, while those at moderate level and above decreased slightly, according to statistics of the Ministry of Health (MoH).
Laos’ Ministry of Health has advised local residents to reduce the scale of festivals and only conduct traditional rituals during this year’s peak festival season in order to avoid mass gathering and prevent the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.
